We're more than happy to help you. You may cancel your Fitplan subscription and request a refund within 48 hours of your payment by contacting Fitplan (iPhone users see below), in which case your subscription to Fitplan will immediately terminate as of the date that Fitplan provides such refund. If you chooses to cancel your subscription, you must submit a cancellation request via the same method you used to sign up to Fitplan. The refund will take between 5-10 business days to become effective.
Unfortunately billing for iPhone app subscriptions is processed directly through Apple. Due to this fact we cannot issue a refund, however, we can provide you with the steps to request a refund directly from Apple.
