You can pre-download videos for your Fitplan at any time so that you can watch them. However, in order to properly use the app, and for it to record your progress, you must be connected to the internet. Pre-downloading your videos saves you from consuming a lot of your data, and saves you the hassle of having to use slow gym wifi. 

Thus we do recommend you wait to pre-download your videos until you have access to wifi as video downloads can use a lot of data.

To pre-download your plan videos:

  • Launch the Fitplan app 
  • Tap Profile
  • Tap the Gear Icon in the top left corner
  • Tap Pre-Download Your Plan Videos
  • Tap Download

If you are having trouble pre-downloading videos please ensure that you have enough free space on your phone to store the videos. 

To check and see how many videos have downloaded/if you need to free up more space on your phone:

  • Launch the Fitplan app 
  • Tap Profile
  • Tap the Gear Icon in the top left corner
  • Under Videos Downloaded check to see the number of videos downloaded
  • If it does not say all for your plan then either your wifi connection was interrupted or you need to free up space on your phone
