How can I gift a Fitplan subscription?
If you'd like to share the gift of Fitplan and purchase a subscription for someone else, you can visit our Fitplan Gift Card page.
From there, you can purchase an gift card for an annual Fitplan membership for $69.99 USD.
To purchase multiple gifts, simply repeat the check out process for each gift. Each gift will be sent individually to your recipients via email.
Can I choose the delivery date for my gift?
Currently you cannot choose the delivery date of your gift card. It will be sent to the recipient via email the day you purchase it.
However, you can have the gift card delivered to your own email address and then either print the email or forward it onto the recipient on the desired delivery date. Simply add your email address under the recipient information section.
My recipient hasn't received their gift card! What happened?
If your recipient hasn't received their gift subscription, please ask them to check their "Promotions", "Junk", or "Spam" folder in the email inbox.
If the gift email still can't be found, please email us via email@example.com with the recipient's email address and we will look into this for you.

I've been gifted a Fitplan subscription! How can I redeem my gift?
Welcome to Fitplan! To get started, find the gift code (provided to you in your gift email). Once you're ready to redeem it, follow these steps:
- Go to fitplanapp.com/redeem-giftcard
- Enter your gift code
- Sign up or Log in to complete the registration process
I'm getting an error when redeeming my gift. What can I do?
If you're receiving an error message when trying to redeem your Fitplan gift card please double-check that there are no empty spaces in front of the code when copying and pasting.
