Google or Web Subscribers
You may cancel your Fitplan subscription and request a refund within 48 hours of your payment by contacting Fitplan at email@example.com (iPhone users see below), in which case your subscription to Fitplan will immediately terminate as of the date that Fitplan provides such refund. The refund will take between 5-10 business days to become effective.
Unfortunately billing for iPhone app subscriptions is processed directly through Apple. Due to this fact we cannot issue a refund, however, we can provide you with the steps to request a refund directly from Apple.
First, ensure you cancel your Fitplan subscription through your Apple ID (click here to see how to cancel your subscription).
