Fitplan offers are only valid for website subscriptions. You can´t add an offer to an existing Apple or Google subscription. However, that does not mean you can´t get your Fitplan offer😉. Check out this article to know more:
If you are an existing user and you´d like to get the offer:
1) Users who signed up through our website:
First, make sure you cancel your existing Fitplan subscription to avoid the automatic renewal. Contact support at support@fitplanapp.com, so they can schedule your new subscription with the new price.
2) Users who signed up through Google Play or Apple
Cancel your existing subscription through Apple Store or Google Play. Once it´s cancelled, follow the instructions below, and then contact Fitplan support at support@fitplanapp.com, so they can add your new subscription to your account.

Click on the green text MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION

Where it says Payment Method, please input your credit card information and tap on Update Payment Method.
IMPORTANT: If it ask you to subscribe and not update the payment, please proceed by choosing any of the subscription plans, and inform support at support@fitplanapp.com, so they can update your subscription. Otherwise, your subscription will not be updated.
If you signed up and did not subscribe, but you are getting " New users Only" message:
