Gift cards FAQ - applied correctly?

So, we see that you purchased a gift card or are interested in one. You came to the right place! 

  1. To purchase a gift card, please go here

  2. You will get a code emailed to you or it will be displayed on the site.
    Important: please make sure you entered the correct email).

  3. You will then be able to redeem the code here 

  4. Once applied to your account, you will notice that the status will show "valid until X amount of time" - This is okay. This means that you are currently in your 7 day trial period and the date will readjust for the year after the trial period is over.
    *If you applied a promo code, once the trial period is over, you will get charged the discounted amount and the date will adjust for the year.

  5. Gift cards don't expire, you can purchase them now and gift them or claim at a  later date.  

  6. To view if you have applied your gift card, please login to your account through here - you should see the code you've applied. This means that your gift card was applied successfully and you should be good to go.
