Here are some Smart Watch FAQ's:
- Can you discover New Fitplan on the watch?
Answer: No, all Fitplan management must be done on app.
- Can I select different days to work from?
Answer: Yes, within your selected Fitplan, you can select the day you want to do. They willl appear in their correct sequence and any completed days will show with a Blue check mark.
- How do I control the workout while I am in it?
Answer: While in the exercise view, you can swipe to the left to see 4 controls. List view provides you a full list of the exercises that day which you can toggle back and forth to anytime. Pause, End and Restart are also accessible anytime.
- Can I do Free workouts on the watch?
Answer: No initially. We will provide a future update which allows those workouts to be conducted.
- Is the rest timer visible on the watch?
Answer: Yes, it will show up with the selected time, but can only be added or adjusted on the app.
- Is downloading videos ahead of time recommended?
Answer: Yes, video transfer is slow to the watch. Downloading ahead of time or at the start of the workout will make it easier.
- How quickly are workouts saved?
Answer: There is sometimes a lag for the watch to sync to the iPhone workout history.
- Will my data sync with other apps MyFitnessPal?
Answer: Yes, through HealthKit, all information is synced into the Apple main area.
